PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue any orders or directions, directing the Respondent Police to complete investigation in Crime No.270/2019 and file Final report (Charge Sheet) within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to complete investigation in Crime No.270 of 2019 and file Final report (Charge Sheet) within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.270 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 460, 420 & 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2019, so far no progress is made in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within one month, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
