2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17670 of 2024 on 22.10.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 10 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17670 of 2024 on 22.10.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Friday at 05.30 p.m. for a period of 3 weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
