Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent Police to complete investigation in Crime No.932/2017 and file Final report (Charge Sheet) within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that within a short period the investigation will be complaint and the final report will also be filed before the concerned Court within a short period. He would further submit that the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents.

3.Perusal of CD file shows that absolutely there is no progress in the investigation, except the statement of one or two persons, there no other materials or documents.

4.Let the investigation in this case be completed by the respondent police within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any failure is noticed, it will be viewed very seriously. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
