The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 17.05.2017 passed by the first respondent regarding approval of School Committee of Sowdampigai Primary School, Allampatti, Virudhunagar.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
