ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.848 of 2015, dated 16.11.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.848 of 2015, dated 16.11.2018 has been complied with.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.848 of 2015, dated 16.11.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as not necessary. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
