Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Sub Court(Additional Sessions Court), Ambasamuthram to dispose of the sessions case in S.C.No.211 of 2021 in a speedy manner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 12.12.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram vide in letter D.No.2248/2023 dated 31.07.2023, seeking further extension of time of two months for disposal of the case in S.C.No.211 of 2021 pending on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram, this Court made the following order:- Today, this Criminal Original Petition is listed under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.211 of 2021. 1/3

2.This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 12.12.2022 and directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.211 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing of S.C.No.211 of 2021 and the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
