PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members from the respondents 4 to 11 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members from the respondents 4 to 11 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 12.12.2022, directed the respondents to intimate the outcome of the enquiry. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the enquiry is pending before the third respondent and there is no progress. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
