PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second and third respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

For Petitioner :Mr.S.R.Suresh Kumar For R1 to R3 :Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties and both are claiming rival title over the above said property, it was closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. The third respondent appeared before the second respondent herein and stated that she is in possession of the property. Further, she has given undertaking 2/4

that since it is a civil issue, she will workout her remedy through the civil process. Based on the above said undertaking, the said enquiry was closed on 06.10.2023.

4. In view the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for futher consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
