ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the 1/4

guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he sold his property to one Mahalingam S/o. Chinnaiah Asari. The third respondent is the Mediator in the above said transaction. Now it appears that he has given a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent. There is no written complaint. But only the complaint was lodged orally before the second respondent. Based upon the above said oral complaint now the petitioner has been called by the second respondent frequently for enquiry. 3.The second respondent need not make any trouble to the petitioner herein based on the oral complaint given by the third respondent. If any written complaint or proper complaint is received by the second respondent, based upon that, he can make enquiry in appropriate manner. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is hereby restrained from making any trouble to the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the oral complaint made by the third respondent.

5.With this above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
