ORDER
Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff, learned Standing Counsel for 'Tamil Nadu Housing Board' (hereinafter referred to as 'TNHB' for brevity) on behalf of respondents are before this Court. 2.Writ petitioner is an allottee on outright sale basis of 'High Income Group' (HIG) Flat built by TNHB in Tirunelveli Housing Union.
3.This Court is informed by learned Standing Counsel for TNHB that writ petitioner has accepted the demand of TNHB and has also paid the final value taking advantage of the policy of Government qua interest and therefore there is nothing further to be adjudicated in instant writ petition at the instance of writ petitioner.

W.P(MD)No.1152 of 2017 Counsel for TNHB has handed over a copy of the sale deed to learned counsel for writ petitioner.
