PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order No.984/CMCH AND RC/DEAN/2014, dated 11.10.2014 and the appointment of Dr.Elango and 4th Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the MCI to speedily conduct the scrutiny of the substantial evidences submitted by me on 11.10.2014 and order appropriate and suitable action against the Respondents to immediately invoke a two year ban on Chennai Medical College and Research Centre, Trichy as per Regulation 8(3)(1)(d) of the Establishment of Medical College Regulations, 1999 and order the MCI and Chennai Medical College and Research Centre, Trichy to pay Rs.5 (five)crores, as compensation for the sufferings that the petitioner have undergone which is in violation of both the fundamental rights of the constitution and human rights.
