Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and respondent not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1311 days in filing the Criminal Revision case as against the judgment, dated 24.02.2016 made in Criminal Appeal No.32 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur.

CRL MP(MD) No.11299 of 2019 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
