PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2017 to take appropriate action as averred in the representation. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Suresh For Respondents : Mr.S.A.Ajmal Khan

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents Board.

2. The petitioner seeks consideration of his petition mentioned representation. The learned Standing Counsel rightly points out that the petitioner has not given any representation and what has been enclosed is a legal notice issued by his counsel K.Suresh. Though the said objection has considerable force, I must take note of the fact that in the said legal notice, the petitioner had affixed his signature and seal. Therefore, the notice dated 20.03.2017 can as well be considered as the petitioner's representation. The petitioner appears to be a person interested. 3.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent Board will follow the due process of law and put the interested persons on notice and take action as per law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
