ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent. Though notice was served on the 2nd respondent, none appeared on his behalf.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 121 days, however, on payment of costs.
