2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. The petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
