2. Respondents 1 to 3 and 5 are represented through counsel and the name of R6 has been printed in the cause list. Insofar as R4 is concerned, this petition has been dismissed as abated by order dated 23.10.2025. The name of R6 has also been printed in the cause list. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this petition insofar as R7 is concerned.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
