O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Librarian working in the second respondent office seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to revoke the order of suspension by considering the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 09.09.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been placed under suspension for his implication in a criminal case and in such circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation on 09.09.2024 seeking to revoke the order of suspension.

3. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2024, in the light of G.O(Ms) No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
