ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to challenge the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in MLR/ 325/MC/ E3 (L AND O PS)/ 2024 dated 02.11.2024 and direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission the petitioner for conducting one day symbolic fasting protest date fixed by this Court.

2.Since the representation of the petitioner is to grant permission to conduct one day symbolic fasting protest for a particular date and the same was time lapsed by this time, no further orders are required to be passed. Hence, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to send a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent and if such representation is being made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 17.04.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes PNM 2/4
