Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner representation, dated 06.01.2018, for rectifying the mistake in the classification of the land, measuring 28 cents in S.No.589/1, 18 cents in S.No.589/2 and 13 Acre 79 cents in S.No.589/3 in Agamalai Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, which was erroneous classified as "Forest" during UDR scheme without considering the Settlement Register and subsequent patta in the name of Jeevarathinam, within the time to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner representation, dated 06.01.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.01.2018, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the 5th respondent or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
