[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent - Anna University submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the colleges, against whom several allegations have been levelled, have got approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the seventh respondent - University, this writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned if his grievance still exists and work out the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
