ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the suspension order.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the disciplinary proceedings were initiated and the petitioner was dismissed from service. However, the Educational authority has not granted any approval for the said punishment and rejected. Challenging the rejection order of the Educational authority, the Management has preferred a writ petition and this Court has granted an Interim Order and the writ petition is still pending.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.10.2022 Index :
