ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No.195/5 Kulasekarankottai Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District in the light of the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.470 of 2008 dated 30.10.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Vadipatti.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the complainant, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.496 of 2019. During the enquiry, it was found that there was a civil dispute between the parties and the parties have also filed suits before the concerned Court. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19349 of 2019 approach the civil Court for enforcing their rights and seek appropriate remedy, after that enquiry was closed. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
