VEERAPANDI SELVARAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19422 of 2022, dated 03.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.4 of

modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi on 01.01.2023 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
