ORDER
This appeal has been filed to set aside the sentence and conviction imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in S.C.No.132 of 2011 dated 12.06.2012 by allowing this criminal appeal.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appellant already released on 23.04.2016 from the Central Prison, Madurai as per Remission Rules and he has filed a report to that effect.
