ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent not to establish the TASMAC shop in the Manapparai to Dindigul road at Manapparai, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2022, within a time frame. 2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Sivanesan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.
3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 14.09.2022 to the respondents, raising serious objections to establish the TASMAC shop in the aforesaid place. Since the same has not been considered till date, this Writ Petition is filed.
5.The learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2022 would be considered on merits and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a time frame.
6.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, we are inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in
accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
