The petitioner, with a grievance that the terminal benefits due to him has not been paid in time, seeking interest for the belated payment, has submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition. 2/5

Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the request of the petitioner was considered and it was rejected by the Block Educational Officer, Vasudevanallur, by proceedings dated 10.02.2026. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
