O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.09.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent herein had tried to encroach the playground of the Lalapettai Government Higher Secondary School. The petitioner along with his friends gave complaint to the authorities to restrain the third respondent from encroaching. Keeping vengeance of the same, the third respondent had published defamatory articles against the petitioner and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 25.09.2023. Seeking action on his representation, this petition came to be filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2023 is still pending for enquiry. 2/4

4. Let the petitioner's complaint be enquired by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondent and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
