ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2017.
2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the communication of the District Collector, Tuticorin addressed to the Government Advocate and submits that representation of the petitioner was considered and appropriate action has already been taken.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court as Additional Advocate General has appeared in this issue in the year 2016.

4.Since the petitioner's representation has already been considered and orders were passed, keeping this writ petition filed in the year 2017 would not serve any purpose. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
