When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today (19.11.2024) under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, which shows that he is not interested in arguing this matter. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
