ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to settle the pending amount of Rs.1,68,52,587/- for providing BT Surface road under the schemes of TURIP 2019-20, IUDM-2021-22 and CFC 14th Finance 2019-20, with an interest of 8 percent till the payment of money.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the said exercise would be completed within a period six months.

4. However, considering the huge amount of payment which is pending for the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the respondents to settle the pending amount to the petitioner within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
