Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.NO.AE15/76070/2013-5, dated 16.02.2017 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to fix the ratio between Direct Recruitment and Recruitment by Transfer from lower categories of the Respondent Corporation and to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Shift Engineer under the ratio for the inservice candidates within the time stipulated by this Court.
