The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation/appeal preferred by the writ petitioner dated 26.01.2017 in connection with refund of the licence fee paid by him for the NVRR, subject matter of the said appeal/representation within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the respondent has passed an order dated 17.07.2017 on the basis of the representation made by the writ petitioner dated 26.01.2017 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication and they have also produced the copy of the order dated 17.07.2017.
