... RESPONDENT(S) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking a direction to permit the petitioner to take substituted service to the respondents 1 and 3 by way of paper publication in 'Malaimurasu'.

2.It is seen that the earlier notice taken by the petitioner was returned as 'no such addressee' and therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to take paper publication in Malaimurasu in Sivagangai and Kanchipuram Districts. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4.Post the matter on 10.01.2023.
