PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare the registration of the 4th Respondent Society under the name Puthur Therku Muthiapuram Kolakattan Kurichi Nadar Uravinmurai Kalvi Sangam Vide S.No.3/2005, on the file of the Respondent No.3 as illegal, void and violative of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975.
