ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to complete investigation of the case in FIR No.3 of 2024 on his file within a stipulated time and to submit final report, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2024 was conducted and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve closure report in Crime No.3 of 2024 to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if he is so adviced. NCC : Yes / No 14.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
