Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.03.2025 in C.S.R.No.49 of 2025 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition sought for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.03.2025 in C.S.R.No.49 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.03.2025 as it disclosed only a civil dispute. Further, the petitioner has lodged another complaint and the same is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out. He would further submit that the said enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, result of the enquiry shall be communicated to the petitioner.
