Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent no.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 26.06.2025 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
