The present Writ Petition is filed seeking direction not to transfer one Mr.Amarnath Ramanakrishnan, Superintending Archeologist from Keezhadi excavation site.

2.It is submitted that the said person was transferred in the year 2013 to Guwahati and from there to Goa and now he is transferred to Chennai in the Temple Wing.

3.The said relief now would not survive.
