The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent against the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submits that the complaint has been lodged against the petitioner by the second respondent and CSR number has been assigned in C.S.R.No.678 of 2024 and after enquiry, it was closed as civil dispute on 18.10.2024.

3. In view of the fact that the complaint itself has been closed, nothing remains to be considered further in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
