However, he would state that already an application to restore the suit has been filed and the same is pending. 2.Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for the present. Giving liberty to the revision petitioner to reopen the same on filing a memo before the Registry if and when the suit is restored to file. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
