Respondent/Respondent/Defendant PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 30.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.693 of 2018 in O.S.No.52 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram and thereby allow the petition I.A.No.693 of 2018.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.693 of 2018 in O.S.No.52 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The reasons stated in the affidavit are not satisfactory. But in order to give an opportunity to the parties, the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.693 of 2018 in O.S.No.52 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram is set aside.

4. The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) to the respondent on or before 20.03.2020, failing which this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. No extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
