of Tamil Nadu Patta Transfer Act and to issue individual Patta in favour of the petitioner for the land bearing S.No.333/1A1 and Re-survey No. 333/1A1 A2 Punja Land at Cherankovil Pathu Village, Ambasamudram Taluk to the extent of 2 acres and to dispose the same within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of his revision filed on 26.05.2017 under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Transfer Act and to issue individual patta in favour of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.333/1A1 and Re-survey No.333/1A1 A2 situated at Cherankovil Pathu Village, Ambasamudram Taluk.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not placed any documents before the respondents

and therefore, decision cannot be taken on his application. He further submits that the application filed by the petitioner was found missing and hence, he was directed to file a fresh application.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents along with required documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of such application is filed, the third respondent shall conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from thereon.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of No costs.
