2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of trial process a threat was made by the accused person to him not to give evidence.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no such complaint against the accused person by the petitioner with regard to the alleged threat.

4.Whatever may be, since it is a job rocketing issue, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.71 of 2022 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
