ORDER
The petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents seeking for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' to run SPA in the name and style of M/s.Royal Ayurvedic Centre Unisex and Spa. Since the same has not been considered, the present petition is filed.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he started Ayurvedic center in the name and style of 'M/s.Royal Ayurvedic Centre Unised and SPA'. He completed Diploma on massage therapy and obtained certificate in this regard. As per Gazsette Notification No.252, dated 16.07.2018, license has been made mandatory to run SPA. Hence, he applied for such license before the concerned authority, however, no action has been taken on his request. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in the Government notification No.SRO-C-2/2019, certain regulations are laid down. Further, the Deputy General of Police had issued circular in Rc.No. 2/4
304699/Crime-I(1)/2019, dated 22.01.2022, wherein instructions have been given to the Superintendents of Police, Commissioners of Police in Cities/Districts. Following the same, the petitioner's request for No Object Certificate would be processed.
4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
