ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner and the proposed accused had entered into a compromise and the petitioner himself had withdrawn the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the said fact.
4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
