Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2025 submitted to the respondents No.1 and 2 through online and directly in person by ensuring his right to perform Poojas as in the capacity of hereditary trustee of the temple namely Arulmighu Sivan Kovil Parameshwaran Temple at Melakuyilkudi Village, Nagamalai Pudukottai, Madurai District. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner and the proposed accused had entered into a compromise and the petitioner himself had withdrawn the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the said fact.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
