This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.974 of 2019 dated 25.06.2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 427, 447 and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearig today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19676 of 2019 been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.309 of 2021 He further submitted that so far two witnesses have been examined before the trial Court.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitionis closed.
