APPL(MD) No.165 of 2022 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.S.Visvalingam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.P.Maharajan, Special Government Pleader, for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to reopen the Cont.P(MD).No.1511 of 2022 and take action against the respondent for his wilful disobedience to the order of this Court, dated 28.02.2022 in WP(MD).No.18420 of 2021.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 28.02.2022 made in WP(MD).No.18420 of 2021, the respondent has settled the medical reimbursement claim and he has also produced a G.O.(Rt). No.11, dated 05.01.2023 and hence, there is no wilful obedience. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
