This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Charge Memo, dated 01.08.2016.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has submitted an explanation to the Charge Memo. Since the writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo, this 2/5

Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Therefore, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, grant adequate opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter pass speaking order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
