This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the petitioners life and limb for constructing a wall with respect of the petitioners' property in Survey No.233/1A, measuring to an extent of 69 cents at Kottampatti Village, Karunkalakudi, Madurai District based on the petitioners' representation dated 16.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioners, 2/4

enquiry was conducted and that since both the parties endorsed that they would sort out the issue through civil Court, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
