After presenting an appeal against patta transfer order dated 23.07.2025 before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the expeditious disposal thereof.

2. Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents 1 to 5. Given the nature of relief claimed, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner appears to have lodged the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 04.08.2025. After providing a reasonable 2/4

opportunity to the petitioner and the sixth respondent, it is just and necessary that the appeal be disposed of expeditiously.

4. Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing that the appeal be disposed of within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent.
